INVITATION LETTER An invitation letter will be sent to all attendees who have registered. This letter is only intended to help participants get permission from their institutions.
REGISTRATION AND ADVISORY TABLES The registration desk at the Kaya Palazzo Hotel & Convention Center and the consultation tables at the other accommodation hotels will start working on 18 October 2017. This table will be open between 18 – 22 October 2017 between 07:00 and 22:00.All guests will be welcomed by SERENAS staff.
SECRETERIAT Your application will be answered via the secretariat at the congress center.
ORAL PRESENTATION Oral announcements will be made by the evaluation board, which will be discussed in three separate seats at the congress center.The timetable for selected notifications will be communicated to the notification owners and will be announced in the final program.
POSTER AREA A special area will be reserved at the congress center for poster notifications accepted by the congressional scientific committee.Notification holders are required to post their posters between the days and times indicated to them.Responsibility for posters not collected by their owners will not be accepted.
NAME BADGE All participant badges will be given.It is requested that you wear your badges permanently so that the Congress order can be provided.
CERTIFICATE “Participation Certificate” will be given to all registered participants. Participants will be able to obtain their certificates by reading badges from 12:00 pm on October 22, 2016 from kiosks in the registration area.
TRANSFER Transfers of all participants who have informed their transfer to Serenas Tourism between 18 – 22 October 2017 will be made as round – trip (airport – hotel – airport). Please contact SERENAS for special transfers. Your transfer change will be taken into consideration if you plan to report your flight changes 24 hours in advance
